Prices & Cancellation

Prices are in Swiss Francs per person and night given double occupancy including half board with breakfast and 5-course evening set meal. VAT included. 

People from the age of 17 have to pay a visitor's tax of CHF 4,00 per person and night, which is not included in the price.

During the summer season, the visitor's tax is the "all-inclusive tax" and includes the following:

• Free use of all summer mountain railways in the Silvretta Arena Samnaun-Ischgl
• Free use of the Alpenquell adventure pool in Compatsch (2.5 hours per day)
• Free use of the SamnaunBus throughout the Samnaun valley

Valid for the entire duration of your stay including arrival and departure days.

Arrival and departure:

On the day of arrival the rooms are usually ready for occupation from 2 p.m.

Changing facilities are available so you can enjoy the mountains as soon as you arrive.

On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11 a.m.

We do not offer a refund if you depart early or arrive late.

Conditions of cancellation for direct bookings:

• Cancellations up to one month prior to arrival (31 days) are free of charge.
• Cancellations up to one week prior to arrival (30 - 7 days) incur a charge of 50% of the agreed room price.
• Cancellations less than one week prior to arrival (6 - 1 days) incur a charge of 75% of the agreed room price.
• Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the agreed room rate.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation/travel interruption insurance.
